Prime Day has officially !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . Too bad, I guess I won’t be buying an !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! or a Prime Exclusive— i.e. loaded with Amazon bloatware— !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! .

(I won’t be buying either of these phones anyway since their cameras are not upgrades over my Galaxy S7 Edge. )

My G5 from Sprint was preloaded with Amazon apps I never used. I couldn’t uninstall them, either.

You know, I was looking for a new phone, but nothing really blew me away. Yeah, it's a good price for the Essential, but I've read a ton of problems/complaints about that phone. I'm just not sure it's worth the headache.

The individual links work but if you try to pull up the lists of deals and whatnot you go round and round in circles.

Some folks aren’t able to complete purchases. I’m at least able to add these to my cart but not going to try to buy them just for research purposes.

Same here, I take a lot of photos and I’m a camera nerd. Yes, using a real camera is always going to be better than a phone but I want my phone pics to be as good as possible. I think the Essential camera would probably be a downgrade from my S7 Edge. The V35 is probably a lateral move at best while gaining the wide angle lens, and faster hardware.

Supposedly the Prime Exclusive phones let you delete and/or disable most of the pre-loaded Amazon apps. You do have to sign in to your Amazon account when you set them up though.

I had the shop all deals problem, but I checked on items that I had in my cart from preparatory work yesterday, and found 2 items with Prime Day deals, and was able to complete the purchase of them.

I think I finally managed to disable them. My iPhone is nice as I could uninstall a lot of the built-in Apple apps I’d never use.
